UTECH (http://www.Utechbd.com) was established
in 2003 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Preliminary UTECH
has operated under the name of Universal Technology with its headquarters
in Dhaka. UTECH provides independent
advisory services, specializing in telecommunications and Power sector,
and is Bangladesh’s
largest Telecom service provider within these business areas. Our clients
are governments, defense authorities, telecommunication service
providers/operators, telecommunication system suppliers and the private
business sector. UTECH has its head office in Dhaka, and regional offices
in Chittagong, Bogra, Khulna, Jessor, Barisal & Faridpur.
The valuable clients like Grameen Phone, Aktel, Pacific Bangladesh
Telecom limited, Siemens, NEC, BanglaLink, Huawai, Motorola, RanksTel,
TBL etc. helps to establish a potential Installation and Service Team
of UTECH. We have also supplied BTS installation materials to operators
and Supply & Installed 10-45m Tower for mountain GSM antennas and
Microwave antennas at our valued clients.
We are local partner of Teleplan, Norway for Radio Planning support of any
GSM, GPRS, 3G and WLL operators in Bangladesh.
We have an Agreement with NEC for the total service support of SDH
and PDH Microwave equipment which supplied by NEC and Path survey, path calculation
for the Customers of Bangladesh.
We had done the path survey for Dhaka-Khulna SDH Microwave Backbone
for GrameenPhone on behalf of NEC and also we done the transmission
plan of this link.
We also have done total communication solution Microwave path survey,
path calculation, performance calculation, antenna dimensioning, and
tower height, interferences calculation for Unocal Bangladesh.
Through several projects around the Country, UTECH has gained experience
and in-depth knowledge in various aspects of network planning and
roll-out on GSM and CDMA in particular.
Our consultants and Engineers all have previous experience from
operators, service providers and vendors and are thus possessing in-depth
experience on the strategies and mechanisms for these kinds of
operations. UTECH has an extensive program for knowledge management and
are putting extensive resources into staying a leading competence center
for the telecommunication industry.
As well as being a competency center, UTECH is also a project manager
expert. All our tasks and assignments are solved using a conscious
project methodology concept.
